Neuromuscular Junction

On this histology slide, note the muscle fibers, axons, motor end plate, and neuromuscular junction. The nerve fiber branches into smaller branches. On the muscle cell the motor end plate is the rounded disc shaped region. This is the point of the nueromuscular junction.
